Late Cancellation Policies:

Late cancellation fee of $125 is charged if you fail to cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  The late cancellation fee is waived if you suspect you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are currently experiencing flu-like symptoms.

Most services are available either via telehealth video on secure platform, by phone, in person/in office and in person/ outdoors if a private environment permits, with additional Covid 19 precautions in place.  Acceptance of in person appointments includes understanding that some risk of exposure to Covid 19 is always present despite reasonable precautions.

We kindly ask that you cancel/reschedule your in person/in office appointment or change it to a telehealth appointment if you are not feeling well, suspect you may have been exposed to COVID 19 or are currently symptomatic. We encourage you to use our available telehealth platform or your phone for your sessions until you are well again.

Our Informed consent form has been modified to include acceptance of additional risks.

Additional COVID-19 policies and precautions for face to face office visits currently include:

  • Spacing out scheduled sessions to allow time for cleaning in between client sessions
  • Limiting sessions to 50 minutes
  • Waiver of late cancellation fees for clients who are symptomatic or suspect they have been exposed to COVID-19.
  • Closure of the waiting room. Clients may wait in car rather than lobby, text/call to notify therapist of arrival and therapist will reply and open the door when the room has been sanitized and readied for your appointment.
  • Seating of therapist & client is marked on floor 6 feet apart.
  • Wearing of masks by client(s), therapist & anyone present in the office.
  •  Fresh linen covers on furnishings  for each client
  • In-between session sanitation of all hard surfaces, doorknobs, light switches, etc., with Sanitizing wipes and aerosol disinfectant in air.
  • Additional precautions may be added as conditions require, which may include a shift to 100% telehealth in accordance with Health Department Recommendations.
